A Little of My Story...
I spent the first 30 years of my life trying to be the “good girl” — until I realized that role was the root of so much pain and disconnection. My healing began when I left everything behind and moved to the Middle East. There, I regulated my nervous system, detoxed my body, and found a sense of freedom I had never known.
Returning to the U.S. was hard. I struggled to fit back into a lifestyle that felt heavy and misaligned. After two hospitalizations, two failed marriages to alcoholics, and leaving my teaching career, I knew something had to shift. That’s when I claimed my power, took control of my narrative, and started helping women do the same.
